About the Role

We are looking for a Design Lead to shape how millions of videographers produce video with GenAI. They’ll work with a talented team of engineers and marketers, defining hypotheses and running experiments. The role reports to the CEO.

What Your Day Could Consist Of

• Brainstorming with product team to solve a blocker preventing a user segment from creating content
• Pitching a product idea to the team
• Interviewing users to uncover insights that drive your product initiatives
• Refining the design system
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma or similar tools
• Defining metrics and collecting data to see which designs work and which need improvement
• Contributing to brand identity and marketing materials when needed (Nice to have)

What You Bring

• Senior product design experience, ideally in SaaS, video, design, or AI‑driven platforms
• Designing a delightful user experience is your thing
• Experience with user research (quant+qual) and product strategy
• Passion for fast iteration, autonomy, data-driven decision-making, and creative freedom
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and make decisions independently

Bonus Experience

• Experience in AI tools, video production, or creative industries
• Background in growth‑driven UX improvements for user retention
• Strong visual design skills beyond UX/UI
