Founding Engineer – Roblox Ecosystem Platform
Creator Exchange is the platform behind the first investment fund fully dedicated to acquiring and investing in Roblox games. We use proprietary AI and machine learning to predict which Roblox games will succeed long-term—and acquire them early in their lifecycle.
We’re looking for a passionate Data and Machine Learning Engineer who’s excited to help shape the future of Roblox games and game investing. You’ll take ownership of our monorepo and scraping infrastructure, collaborate with a small senior team, and help us scale our data-driven marketplace for the Roblox economy.
Interview process: 3 interviews + tech asessment
We’re looking for a sharp, business-savvy Data Scientist/ Machine Learning Engineer to join a fast-moving, early-stage team building IP at the intersection of AI and gaming. You’ll work directly with the founder to identify high-potential video games early in their lifecycle using predictive models — think startup-style pace, big vision, and the opportunity to help shape the product and company from the ground up.
We’re not looking for a task-taker. We want a strategic thinker who understands data, knows how to build, and is excited to solve real-world problems that create value. If you have experience in fintech, real estate, or pricing algorithms — even better.
What we’re looking for:
- A few years of strong hands-on ML experience (ideally beyond academia)
- Hustler/founder mindset — you’re not afraid to build, test, and iterate
- Strong critical thinking and business sense
- Passion for or knowledge of the video game space
- Experience with predictive modeling in fintech, real estate, or similar domains is a plus
