The ideal candidate has a solid engineering foundation, practical experience deploying ML models, and a strong grasp of agent frameworks, tool-use, and memory mechanisms in autonomous systems.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with a robust background in software engineering, machine learning, and advanced NLP systems. This role will focus on building intelligent, multi-agent architectures that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cognitive orchestration to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid engineering foundation, practical experience deploying ML models, and a strong grasp of agent frameworks, tool-use, and memory mechanisms in autonomous systems.
Key Responsibilities

  • Write clean, scalable code using Python with strong object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Train and evaluate models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
  • Work with modern foundation models such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and Mistral.
  • Apply core NLP principles, including prompt engineering, tokenization, and embeddings.
  • Leverage tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Build efficient RAG pipelines with chunking strategies and context injection.
  • Design and deploy agent-based systems using LangGraph, LangChain agents, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom planners.
  • Implement and orchestrate tools, memory, and planning components in agent workflows.
  • Develop dynamic behaviors for multi-agent communication, tool use, and task decomposition.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in software engineering with a strong focus on ML/NLP.
  • Deep experience with LLMs, NLP toolkits, and modern AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong grasp of scalable backend and infrastructure engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to build production-grade ML and AI systems.
