Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer with a robust background in software engineering, machine learning, and advanced NLP systems. This role will focus on building intelligent, multi-agent architectures that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cognitive orchestration to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions. The ideal candidate has a solid engineering foundation, practical experience deploying ML models, and a strong grasp of agent frameworks, tool-use, and memory mechanisms in autonomous systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clean, scalable code using Python with strong object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Train and evaluate models using supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning.
- Work with modern foundation models such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and Mistral.
- Apply core NLP principles, including prompt engineering, tokenization, and embeddings.
- Leverage tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace Transformers, and OpenAI APIs.
- Build efficient RAG pipelines with chunking strategies and context injection.
- Design and deploy agent-based systems using LangGraph, LangChain agents, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom planners.
- Implement and orchestrate tools, memory, and planning components in agent workflows.
- Develop dynamic behaviors for multi-agent communication, tool use, and task decomposition.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in software engineering with a strong focus on ML/NLP.
- Deep experience with LLMs, NLP toolkits, and modern AI agent frameworks.
- Strong grasp of scalable backend and infrastructure engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to build production-grade ML and AI systems.
