THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sales Associate to join the Ralph Lauren team in our Braintree Village Outlet in Essex. This is for a permanent 30 hours per week contract.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deliver an extraordinary customer experience to drive sales
- Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent customer service
- Provide product and customer feedback to managers
- Provide a welcoming and elevated experience
- Embody the Ralph Lauren values and spirit
- Use the Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the customer database
- Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards
- Store maintenance
