THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sales Associate to join the Ralph Lauren team in our Braintree Village Outlet in Essex. This is for a Part time 20 hours per week contract.
WHATYOU'LL DO
One team focused on the consumer
- Deliver an extraordinary customer experience to drive sales
- Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent customer service
- Provide product and customer feedback to managers
- Assist with deliveries and replenishment to optimise the product offer for customers

- Provide a welcoming and elevated experience

Operations
- Use the Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the customer database
- Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards
- Store maintenance
