This role is all about delivering an excellent customer experience while helping the store achieve its sales and performance targets.
You’ll also use your experience to support other members of the team and share your knowledge of adidas products and customer service.
Key responsibilities
In this role, you’ll
- Take ownership of store sales, KPI and individual performance targets, using the resources available to help meet or exceed them.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and performance and share suggestions with store management.
- Lead by example when delivering excellent customer service.
- Support and train selected team members to develop their customer service skills.
- Help colleagues deal with more complex customer service situations.
