Braintree District Council is seeking an experienced Area Development Manager to lead the planning service through a period of growth. You will manage a team of 4-5 Planning Officers, sign off delegated decisions, monitor performance and ensure excellent customer service while supporting delivery of homes, jobs and infrastructure.
With hybrid working and a competitive salary (£55,965 to £60,102 incl. Market Supplement), you will be the Lead Officer at Planning Committee and play a key role in the development of the area.
