About the Opportunity:

We are looking for two enthusiastic and engaging individuals to assist us at our stand during London Tech Week, a major technology event taking place from June 9th to 11th, 2025, at a location to be confirmed. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic B2B environment, network with industry professionals, and learn about the innovative world of tech recruitment.

Dates & Times:

  • Dates: Monday, June 9th - Wednesday, June 11th, 2025
  • Hours: Approximately 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM each day.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with visitors approaching our stand in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Clearly and concisely explain what Brainsource Network does, using a one-page information sheet (to be provided).
  • Identify individuals who represent B2B entities and initiate brief conversations about their recruitment processes.
  • Ask targeted questions to understand their challenges and potential needs, such as:
  • How large is your company?
  • What is your biggest headache or bottleneck when scaling up or recruiting new team members?
  • If you had access to a vast network of recruiters across Europe, how do you think that would impact your hiring?
  • Collect contact information (leads) of interested B2B representatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the Brainsource Network team present at the stand.
  • Pre-Event Task:

    • Review and understand a one-page document outlining Brainsource Network's services and key talking points.

    Supervision:

    You will be working alongside the Brainsource Network team, who will be available to provide support and answer any questions. This is a collaborative environment where we will all help each other.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Ideally, some background or interest in sales, marketing, communications, or any field involving direct interaction with people.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong listening and question-asking abilities.
    • Enthusiastic, proactive, and approachable demeanor.
    • A willingness to learn and engage with new people and concepts.
