We are seeking a dynamic Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Valencia. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment of C-level and senior corporate positions, acting as a strategic partner to our global leadership team. Relocation: Full support provided for you and your family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Search: Develop and execute advanced strategies to attract top-tier executive talent.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leadership to define roles and provide market-driven hiring insights.
  • Sourcing & Networking: Build a high-caliber network using direct search, industry partnerships, and social media.
  • Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage the full offer process, from term negotiations to a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Employer Branding: Promote BrainRocket’s culture and values to elite industry networks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-level executive recruitment (Agency or In-house).
  • Proven success in closing senior positions across multiple functions.
  • Ability to deliver results in a high-pressure environment with 5+ open C-level roles.
  • Expert proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS.
  • Native-level English; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
