About Brainpool AI
Brainpool AI is one of the UK's pioneering AI services companies, operating since 2017. We deliver bespoke AI solutions for mid-market enterprises through our Cortex agentic platform, backed by a network of 500+ AI specialists from top institutions. Our mission is to give clients the ability to extract real value from productised AI with complete freedom from vendor lock-in, a clear path to ongoing accuracy improvement, and the adaptability to keep pace with a fast-changing market.
This year we're transforming from bespoke consulting into a scalable platform business - fully funded with VC backing and committed to at least doubling Brainpool AI’s revenue in the next trading year - and we need a Marketing Executive to help drive this evolution. You'll get hands-on experience shaping how we take our Cortex agentic platform to market and contribute to real growth across sectors.
The Role
We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join our B2B marketing function during an exciting growth phase. This is a hands-on role where you'll execute campaigns across multiple channels, help develop our brand voice, and contribute ideas that actually get tested and shipped. You won't be making the tea - you'll be making things happen. You'll work closely with the CPO and broader leadership team, with real autonomy to bring fresh thinking and grow fast. And there’s a clear, merit-based career path on offer: Marketing Executive → Senior Marketing Executive → Head of Marketing → CMO.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Plan and deliver B2B marketing campaigns across email, social (especially LinkedIn) and content channels that support our platform growth and sales pipeline.
- Sales Alignment: Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure channel activity and funnel stages are aligned, so marketing-generated leads convert smoothly into pipeline.
- Content Creation: Write compelling copy and create assets - from LinkedIn posts and thought leadership pieces, blog articles to case studies and campaign emails - that tell the Brainpool story in a way that cuts through.
- Lead Generation Support: Assist in designing and executing outbound and inbound campaigns targeting decision-makers in sectors including professional services, environmental consultancies, testing, inspection and certification and others.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, report on key metrics, and suggest improvements based on what the data shows.
- Brand Consistency: Help define, maintain and strengthen the Brainpool AI brand across all channels - including articulating our mission, values and brand playbook.
- Brainpool Network Engagement: Support in engaging our Brainpool network of 500+ AI experts.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and delivery teams to align marketing activity with what's happening across the business.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 2+ years executing B2B marketing campaigns, ideally within tech, SaaS, or professional services.
- Creative Flair: You bring fresh ideas and aren't afraid to suggest something unexpected.
- Strong Writer: You write clearly and engagingly, and you can adapt your tone for different audiences and channels.
- Proactive: You don't wait to be told what to do next. You spot opportunities, flag ideas, and move quickly.
- Data-Aware: You're comfortable tracking campaign metrics and drawing basic insights from performance data.
- Curious About AI: You don't need to be technical, but you're genuinely interested in AI and enthusiastic about translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
What We Offer
- A genuine opportunity to grow your marketing career at a fast-moving AI company.
- Access to cutting-edge AI tools to supercharge your campaigns.
- Remote-first culture with real flexibility.
- Competitive salary and equity options.
- Work alongside top-level AI talent from top institutions.
- A team that will invest in your development and take your ideas seriously.
