Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys speaking with people and converting enquiries into customers? Brainology is looking for an experienced Admissions & Sales Coordinator to manage incoming parent enquiries, convert leads into trial-day bookings, and ensure every family receives an outstanding experience from first contact through to attendance. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be working with warm enquiries from parents who have already expressed an interest in our programmes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting new enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email
- Building rapport with parents and understanding their child's needs
- Converting enquiries into booked trial days
- Following up consistently with prospective families
- Managing all leads within our CRM system
- Keeping accurate records and notes on every enquiry
- Confirming attendance ahead of each Saturday session
- Providing Site Managers with attendee lists and student details before each trial day
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the parent journey
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in sales, admissions, recruitment, telesales, customer success or lead conversion
- Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Experience using CRM systems
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
