Brainology is looking for an experienced, confident and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This is a results-focused telephone sales role. Your primary responsibility is to contact new and existing leads, build rapport with parents, book children into trial sessions and ultimately convert those opportunities into paying students.
Your Responsibilities:
- Call new enquiries quickly and professionally
- Make outbound calls to warm and older leads
- Build rapport and trust with parents over the telephone
- Understand each family's needs and recommend the appropriate Brainology programme
- Confidently explain and sell the benefits of Brainology
- Book qualified leads into trial sessions
- Nurture leads through consistent telephone and WhatsApp follow-up
- Handle objections confidently and professionally
- Follow up trial students and convert them into paying students
- Maintain an organised pipeline with accurate notes and follow-up dates
- Take ownership of leads from initial enquiry through to enrolment
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales KPIs
What We're Looking For:
- Strong previous telephone sales experience is essential.
- An excellent telephone manner
- Strong spoken English and communication skills
- Proven experience converting leads into paying customers
- Confidence making a high volume of calls every day
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- The ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent follow-up and pipeline management
- A target-driven mentality
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Confidence being held accountable for conversion rates and monthly results
We are particularly interested in candidates from telesales, inside sales, recruitment, memberships, education sales, admissions or other target-driven sales environments.
Targets & Performance Bonus:
This is a target-based position. Performance will be measured against agreed KPIs including:
- Lead contact rate
- Trial bookings
- Trial attendance
- Lead-to-trial conversion rate
- Trial-to-paid conversion rate
- Total new paying students per month
- Follow-up and pipeline activity
We expect high conversion rates, not simply high call volumes. In addition to the hourly rate, a monthly performance bonus will be paid when agreed KPIs and conversion targets are achieved or exceeded.
The Goal:
Your success will be measured by your ability to move parents through the complete sales journey: Enquiry → Contact → Trial Booked → Trial Attended → Paying Student. We want someone who takes ownership of their numbers, follows up relentlessly and is motivated by conversions, targets and results.
If you have strong telephone sales experience and can demonstrate a track record of hitting targets and converting leads, we would like to hear from you.
