Brainology is seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to own recruitment and support day-to-day HR needs.
This part-time, flexible role is primarily remote, but requires availability to attend Ark Victoria Academy, Small Heath, Birmingham for 4 hours on Saturdays.
You will attract, recruit, onboard and retain staff, manage vacancies across platforms, and maintain records while ensuring DBS and safeguarding compliance.
