Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing recruitment from advert to successful hire

  • Proactively sourcing suitable candidates rather than relying solely on applications

  • Shortlisting candidates for management
  • Coordinating interviews and trial/assessment days
  • Attending Ark Victoria Academy, Small Heath every Saturday for 4 hours
  • Supporting onsite interviews and teacher assessments

  • Ensuring HR documentation and processes remain organised and compliant
  • Building a strong pipeline of teachers, centre staff and other roles required by Brainology

What We're Looking For

We need someone who is hands-on and delivery focused. This is not simply an administrative HR position β€” recruitment and successful hiring will be a major part of your role.

You should have:

  • Previous HR and/or recruitment experience
  • Strong experience sourcing and screening candidates
  • Excellent organisation and follow-up skills
  • Confidence conducting initial interviews
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
