Are you a confident salesperson who enjoys speaking with people and converting enquiries into customers? Brainology is looking for an experienced Admissions & Sales Coordinator to manage incoming parent enquiries, convert leads into trial-day bookings, and ensure every family receives an outstanding experience from first contact through to attendance. This is not a cold-calling role. You'll be working with warm enquiries from parents who have already expressed an interest in our programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contacting new enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, SMS and email
  • Building rapport with parents and understanding their child's needs
  • Converting enquiries into booked trial days
  • Following up consistently with prospective families
  • Managing all leads within our CRM system
  • Keeping accurate records and notes on every enquiry
  • Confirming attendance ahead of each Saturday session
  • Providing Site Managers with attendee lists and student details before each trial day
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the parent journey

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales, admissions, recruitment, telesales, customer success or lead conversion
  • Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Professional, reliable and customer-focused
