- Build and optimise paid search campaigns across multiple platforms with a clear testing approach and actionable analyses to drive awesome results for clients
- Understand the paid search landscape, and be able to drive diversification of platform usage across your client base and make proactive suggestions on changes / optimisations
- Regularly conduct channel audits to help contribute to new business and drive results
- Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs and communicate these during regular client calls
- Build trust and relationships with our clients and be a key person on contact
- Shape agency processes, best practices and tech automation
- Help us continue to grow and manage one of the best teams in the world!

- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Passion for marketing and/or the digital world
- Smart and data-driven approach to work
- Experience as a client-facing Paid Search Account Executive
- Hands-on experience of executing paid search campaigns
- Proven in delivering exemplary performance through solid analysis, recommendation and first-class execution
- Experience using Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising and SA360 platforms, including understanding of automated bidding strategies
- A good understanding of measurement, analytics and attribution within Google Ads, GA and SA360
- Passion for delivering innovation and award winning work through implementational planning and activation
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, support team members, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion
- Good experience in 3rd party tracking & analytics solutions, including GMP and Adobe
- Knowledge of running Google shopping campaigns
