  • Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, the client, and any external agencies. You will ensure seamless communication, clear alignment on objectives, and efficient workflow management.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and bottlenecks. You will develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Who you are
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a digital project management role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
  • Amazon Ecosystem Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working with the Amazon platform, including a working understanding of its search algorithm (A9), SEO best practices, and advertising tools.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). A formal qualification like PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Desired Attributes
  • Leadership: A natural leader who can motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
