Job Description
We are Brainlabs, the High-Performance media agency, on a mission to become the world's biggest and best independent media agency. We plan and buy media that delivers profitable and sustained business impact. And what's our formula? Superteams of Brainlabbers, fueled by data and enabled by technology.
Brainlabs has always been a culture-first company. In fact, from the very beginnings of the agency a set of shared principles, philosophies and values was documented in The Brainlabs Handbook, helping us create our unique culture.
As with everything here we always seek to adapt and improve so The Brainlabs Handbook has been fine-tuned to become The Brainlabs Culture Code.
This Culture Code consists of 12 codes that talk to what it means to be a Brainlabber. It's a joint commitment to continuous development and creating a company that we can all be proud of, where Brainlabbers can turn up to do great work, make great friends and win together.

What's the role
We're looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead Amazon Search Engine Optimization (SEO) delivery for a flagship Brainlabs client. In this role, you will be the driving force behind projects aimed at maximising the visibility and discoverability of their products across all Amazon marketplaces. You will coordinate between our internal SEO team, client stakeholders, as well as external agencies (e.g. copywriting and transcreation partners), to ensure that SEO projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard, ultimately driving traffic and sales.
What you do
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for all (Amazon) SEO initiatives, including keyword research, campaign research, insights and tagging projects, and new product launches. You'll define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, the client, and any external agencies. You will ensure seamless communication, clear alignment on objectives, and efficient workflow management.
- Resource Management: Allocate and manage project resources, including team members, budget, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and bottlenecks. You will develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Who you are
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a digital project management role, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- Amazon Ecosystem Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working with the Amazon platform, including a working understanding of its search algorithm (A9), SEO best practices, and advertising tools.
- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello). A formal qualification like PMP or PRINCE2 is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Desired Attributes
- Leadership: A natural leader who can motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards a common goal.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality and consistency.
- Proactive & Adaptable: A self-starter who is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can adapt to changing priorities.
