Reporting to: Associate Director

Location: Old Street, UK

As a manager in SEO you’ll deliver best-in-class work for clients. You’ll apply your SEO along with wider Amazon content knowledge and experience so that you have a positive impact on client deliverable and the wider team around you. You will help to define the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and ways in which work can be successful or optimised further. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach and share successes across the practice by identifying and improving guidelines, playbooks and processes including opportunities to automate work.

Using your practice knowledge you will be responsible for delivering highly successful, brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, and help clients hit targets on-time. You’ll start to define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets. You’ll effectively track and optimise Amazon content campaigns. You’ll be a point of contact for our clients on day to day tasks and deliverables. You’ll develop and implement, as well as follow guidelines and processes, contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement. You’ll actively contribute to developing best-practice roadmap so that our SEO offering is continually developing. You’ll mentor others across the practice helping to grow capability and knowledge.

Who you are:

  • Strong SEO delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.
  • Passionate about your craft.
  • Demonstrable success in optimising Amazon content campaigns and work through automation, processes and technology adoption/development.
  • A good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
  • A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
  • Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
  • Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.
