As a manager in Influencer you’ll deliver best-in-class work for clients. You’ll apply your Influencer knowledge and experience so that you have a positive impact on client deliverable and the wider team around you. You will help to define the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and ways in which work can be successful or optimised further. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to clients applying our test and learn approach and share successes across the practice by identifying and improving guidelines, playbooks and processes including opportunities to automate work.
In this role you will
- Using your practice knowledge you will work to deliver highly successful Influencer campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
- You will be responsible for planning and managing larger-scale campaigns with support from Associate Directors and Directors
- Responsible for day-to-day delivery of mid-sized client campaigns including effectively managing internal workstreams and owning client communications to ensure a smooth delivery with the highest standard of output
- Leading campaign planning for mid-sized clients, advising on strategic recommendations and monitoring efficiency
- Responsible for planning and managing larger-scale campaigns with support from Directors
- Strategic leadership on smaller scale client campaigns
- Lead influencer negotiations to secure optimal pricing while providing guidance and support to Associates, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes
- Empower team to ensure campaign processes are followed, ensuring consistent output, while contributing ideas around process automation and improvement to ensure a best in class Client Service experience
We’re looking for someone who
- Strong Influencer delivery track record with 4+ years of experience
- Proven experience managing direct reports, coaching and guiding them to succeed
- Demonstrable success in managing and optimising high performing influencer marketing campaigns and working through creativity, relationship building, processes and technology adoption/development
- A good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together
- A natural-problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for Clients
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
- Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated
