What's The Role

In this role you'll develop innovative, challenger data strategies across a portfolio of high‐value clients. You'll sit in the client team but be part of the growing data strategy community at Brainlabs. With a deep understanding of your clients and craft, you'll set the strategic vision and build mid‐term strategic plans that deliver real business performance growth for clients. You'll know how to drive marketing transformation, diagnose brand challenges, effectively use data insights and optimise marketing/media as a driver for revenue and brand growth and media effectiveness.

What You Do

  • Diagnose data challenges and set the overarching strategic vision for key clients through your strategic leadership.
  • Coach and support the development of the Data Strategy community and help shape the future direction of data strategy.
  • Drive adoption and champion usage of technology (AdTech, MarTech and Brainlabs proprietary Tech) for key clients.
  • Create first‐party data (1PD) strategies for our clients and unlock access to this data for media execution.
  • Provide data leadership in pitches, being responsible for the data and technology thread across all planning and media activation, ensuring real client growth.

Who You Are

  • Significant experience delivering data strategies to leading clients either within a market or across a region.
  • Proven data capabilities and ability to utilise data insight to drive media and marketing effectiveness.
  • A great storyteller capable of translating data into real‐world insights.
  • Driven to build knowledge and excited at growing and coaching those around you.
  • An innovative thinker, able to create and deliver challenger strategies.
