In this role you will:
- Using your practice knowledge you will work to deliver highly successful Influencer campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and onâtime.
- You will be responsible for planning and managing largerâscale campaigns with support from Associate Directors and Directors.
- Responsible for dayâtoâday delivery of midâsized client campaigns including effectively managing internal workstreams and owning client communications to ensure a smooth delivery with the highest standard of output.
- Leading campaign planning for midâsized clients, advising on strategic recommendations and monitoring efficiency.
- Strategic leadership on smaller scale client campaigns.
- Lead influencer negotiations to secure optimal pricing while providing guidance and support to Associates, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Empower team to ensure campaign processes are followed, ensuring consistent output, while contributing ideas around process automation and improvement to ensure a best in class Client Service experience.
Weâre looking for someone who:
- Strong Influencer delivery track record with 4+ years of experience.
- Proven experience managing direct reports, coaching and guiding them to succeed.
- Demonstrable success in managing and optimising high performing influencer marketing campaigns and working through creativity, relationship building, processes and technology adoption/development.
- A good understanding about how other channels work and optimise together.
- A naturalâproblem solver who enjoys providing solutions for Clients.
- A confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
- Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and process orientated.
