As an Influencer practitioner, you will help to shape and deliver solutions for clients. You will define the objectives of the work and measure the success/impact, in line with overall campaign objectives and wider client-centric KPIs. You will also generate and promote innovative new concepts to the client, applying our test and learn approach and sharing successes across the practice. You will be responsible for the commercial scope of works in your client grouping, the profitability margin and revenue target for cross-sell and repeat for your client portfolio. You will adopt technology to advance delivery and augment the practice capabilities through process optimisation.
In this role you will:
- Use your deep-practice knowledge to ensure seamless delivery of highly successful Influencer campaigns.
- Effectively track and optimise Influencer programmes and campaigns ensuring high-impact returns for clients.
- Strategically lead and develop the client roadmap so that our offering is continually developing.
- Own senior stakeholder relationships and be the most senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard and on time.
- Lead ADs with the development of client growth strategies to drive repeat business and convert all new clients into ongoing relationships.
- Identify and lead opportunities for upsell with existing BL Clients.
- Champion of Influencer product across BL, working with other product, planning and new business areas.
- Lead a POD, coaching and guiding them to succeed while identifying and unblocking team challenges with improvements in process.
- Be responsible for efficient resource planning and management, org structure construction and maintenance in line with Client scopes.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has strong Influencer delivery knowledge and 8+ years of experience.
- Possesses multi-disciplinary marketing experience (paid social, creative, PR).
- Has proven experience managing direct reports, coaching and guiding them to succeed.
- Demonstrates success in creating and delivering high performing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
- Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
- Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
- Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Has strong attention to detail, is methodical and process-oriented.
