This role helps to build high-value, long-term relationships with clients, from winning new clients through to growing existing ones. You will focus on delivering indispensable client relationships and performance, representing Brainlabs as a ‘window’ for strategy, planning, and media solutions. You run the client account with flawless execution and drive commercial success.

Responsibilities
  • Pitch and win new clients in your area of sector/vertical expertise.
  • Deliver strategic client growth plans, upselling and cross‑selling Brainlabs solutions, products, and services tailored to each vertical.
  • Understand client business and ensure the SOW is fulfilled.
  • Exercise judgement in creating solutions for clients.
  • Develop and promote a portfolio of client case studies and articles showcasing Brainlabs solutions.
  • Actively anticipate client challenges and build tailored strategy, planning, and activation solutions.
Qualifications
  • 12+ years delivering full-service strategy, planning, and activation solutions to clients.
  • Media agency background.
  • Proven client leadership skills and established as a trusted advisor to multiple clients.
  • Applied knowledge of marketing/media effectiveness linked directly to business growth and financial success.
  • Excellent storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience.
  • Brilliant communicator, relationship builder, able to translate challenges into real media solutions.
  • Natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
  • Understanding of full end-to-end workings of a full-service media agency and how components deliver an integrated solution.
