What’s The Role

This role is part of the new business team, focusing on supporting the Growth Directors and Head of Growth in driving revenue, pipeline management and the end-to-end pitch process for Influencer opportunities. You will:

  • Manage end-to-end pitch process for new opportunities, focused on Influencer Marketing, but also including wider services such as Paid Media, Programmatic, DOOH and Search.
  • Own the pipeline and forecast accuracy across pipeline, reducing forecast volatility through accurate reporting of close and completion dates, net revenue and third-party costs.
  • Be responsible for meeting commercial targets and following scopes, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines and collaborating with commercial and Client Service teams to define accurate SOWs, ensuring all deliverables are profitable and achievable.
  • Support Growth Director or Head of Growth with the end-to-end pitch process, including:
  • Deep review of briefs to qualify opportunities and determine if Brainlabs is the right fit
  • Strategic dissection of briefs to understand client needs beyond the stated requirements
  • Identify potential challenges from delivery, commercial or legal perspectives
  • Respond to RFI’s where needed
  • Creation of internal kick-off deck
  • Review of proposal elements to ensure a clear narrative that enables Brainlabs to win
  • Post-pitch review and next steps
  • Managing handover process
  • For smaller, tactical wins (up to £500,000 gross), own the pitch process with support from the Growth Director for reviews and final sign-off, leading on strategy and creative, and creating the full response for the brief, with commercials created and approved.
  • Actively identify new opportunities through market knowledge and keeping pulse on market changes
  • Identify and lead internal opportunities by building strong relationships with CPs and championing Influencer within the business
  • Drive team morale, mentor others, grow capability and knowledge, and develop themselves
  • Assist in developing and implementing internal processes and guidelines to enable Growth success (Pitch Planner Process, G4G process, improved briefing processes, commercial developments, etc.)
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Strong Influencer delivery knowledge and 3+ years of experience
    • Multi-disciplinary marketing experience (paid social, creative, PR)
    • Proven success in creating and delivering high-performing influencer strategies and proposals for new business pitches
    • Understanding of how other Brainlabs channels work and how Influencer can collaborate with them
    • Natural problem solver who enjoys delivering client solutions
    • Confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about quality of work and continuous learning
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with strong collaboration in a broader team
    • Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and storytelling abilities
    • Strong attention to detail, methodical and process-oriented
