The role of the GMP team at Brainlabs is to help clients navigate business challenges through the use of GMP technology whilst looking for further opportunities to drive ever-better results. The team’s role is as varied as our clients are - strategy, pitching, training sessions, upselling into other products and building close relationships with Google stakeholders will all be a part of you and your team’s day-to-day. We’re on the lookout for a data-driven, technical client leader to bring in-depth search & programmatic expertise to our clients.
In this position you will lead the following:
- Own the Brainlabs portfolio of GMP clients in the UK, with the aim to deepen and broaden our relationships with our clients on a technical and consultative basis. Consultancy opportunities uniquely span adtech, media optimisation and data/measurement projects.
- Own the P&L for GMP within the UK including forecasting, revenue generation and resource allocation.
- Manage, develop and nurture a growing team of GMP consultants.
- Work in partnership with the NewBiz and internal delivery teams to align and cross-sell the GMP stack to existing and new customers, improving the knowledge and use of GMP across the agency.
- Work with the global GMP leads to share learnings and create a global best practice that is unique to Brainlabs and our clients.
What are we looking for?
- Experienced practitioners in either Search or Programmatic (ideally both) with extensive knowledge of the Google Marketing Platform stack.
- Experience managing delivery teams in performance marketing, being used to working under pressure and happy to take on a challenge.
- Able to lead pitches and commercial conversations with clients of all sizes, having the ability to adapt your communication style to talk to individuals of all levels in a client’s business.
- Knowledge of the major challenges facing clients and an understanding of how to approach these, including: Data management, Privacy & tracking (ITP, ETP, Cookies, GDPR, CCPA), Attribution & measurement, Google Analytics migrations.
You’ll be astute, analytical and detail-oriented, having a solutions focused mindset and helping us build for the future.
