Location: London, HQ

What you’d do: We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join the global product team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the agency’s lines of service across markets (APAC, EMEA, NAmer and LATAM). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies and experience in a technical environment. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, overseeing and delivering complex projects across regions on time and within budget. Your expertise will ensure the successful execution of these projects, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. Projects within this portfolio vary in scope and complexity, including but not limited to:

  • Reviewing and optimising internal processes
  • Launching a line of service in a new region
  • Evaluating external vendors\’ offering
  • Responsibilities : As a Global Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following key aspects:

    Project Governance:

  • Develop and implement project governance processes to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Establish clear project milestones, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Monitor and manage project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Manage Project Teams:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, including project coordinators, analysts, and subject matter experts.
  • Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.
  • Reporting / Escalation:

  • Regularly report project status to stakeholders, including executives and relevant teams.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Identify and escalate issues and risks that may impact project timelines and quality.
  • Implement effective communication and change management strategies.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a global or cross-market context.
  • Strong agency experience: advertising/media
  • Experience working in a technical environment
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
