for recent graduates from any background. The Academy is a two-year program designed to kick-start your career in digital marketing. Blending masterclasses with on-the-job training on our Campus in Buenos Aires, you\’ll get to work with real clients on real campaigns to produce real results.

Two-Year Intensive Program

The program starts by quickly bringing you up to speed on all things marketing. You\’ll then rotate through two year-long placements, putting what you\’ve learnt into action working on clients like LEGO, Crocs, Adidas and Formula One. During each placement, you\’ll join one of our specialist teams, like Paid Search, Influencer and SEO At the end of the two-year program, you continue to work for Brainlabs and we help you build your career.

On Campus in Argentina

Brainlabs is an international company with a Campus of 140+ Brainlabbers living and working in Buenos Aires. You\’ll get to benefit from our unique culture and community including breakfast and lunch in the office, social committee, football team and more. You\’ll be expected to work from our amazing offices in Palermo CABA, 3 days per week.

Who Can Apply?

Applications are open to recent graduates with the right to work in the US or the UK. Successful candidates will have a superb academic track record, fluent english level, excellent problem-solving and analytics skills, and embody our Culture Code.
