Today, 1,000+ Brainlabbers across five continents use our proprietary agents, built on 32 media tools and over 2,500 logged experiments, to help brands connect every channel they plan and buy to one thing: the bottom line.

This role helps to build high-value, long-term relationships with clients. From winning new clients through to growing existing clients you will focus on delivery indispensable client relationships and performance. You represent Brainlabs as a ‘window’ through which excellent strategy, planning and media solutions are delivered. You run the client account with flawless execution, being a key stakeholder for the client. You deliver high quality client delivery and responses and commercial success for Brainlabs.

In this role you will:

  • Pitch and help win new clients in your area of sector/vertical expertise.
  • Help deliver strategic client growth plans for your clients, growing additional client revenue by up/cross-selling Brainlabs solutions, products and services, tailored to your client vertical.
  • Understand your clients business and ensure the SOW is fulfilled.
  • Exercise judgement in creating solutions for clients.
  • Develop your portfolio of client case studies and articles promoting Brainlabs solutions.
  • Actively anticipate client challenges and build tailored strategy, planning and activation solutions.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 12+ years experience of delivering full service strategy, planning and activation solutions to clients.
  • Has a media agency background.
  • Has proven client leadership skills and are already be a trusted advisor to a number of clients.
  • Has applied knowledge of how marketing/media effectiveness links directly to business growth and financial success for clients.
  • Is a great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience.
  • Is a brilliant communicator, relationship builder and capable of translating challenges into real media solutions.
  • Is a natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
  • Understands full end-to-end workings of a full-service media agency and how component parts work to deliver an integrated solution.

  • Minimum 7+ TRR scores or CSAT Internal profitability metric hit such as DLM, revenue targets.

  • Evidence of broad revenue sources for your client via multiple Brainlabs products.
  • Increasing profile in the media world in your sector/marketing prompting Brainlabs and your client success.
  • Be revenue hungry and pitch successfully.
  • Make your client stakeholders famous and successful!
