As a manager in Paid Search, you’ll deliver best-in-class work for clients, applying your Paid Search knowledge and experience to positively impact client deliverables and the wider team. You will help define the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and optimisation strategies, while generating and promoting innovative concepts through our test and learn approach.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for delivering highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
  • Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
  • Effectively track and optimise campaigns.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement guidelines and processes contributing to automation or process improvement.
  • Contribute to developing a best-practice roadmap for our Paid Search offering.
  • Mentor others across the practice to grow capability and knowledge.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong Paid Search delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.
  • Is passionate about their craft.
  • Has demonstrable success in optimising Paid Search campaigns through automation and technology adoption.
  • Understands how other channels work and optimise together.
  • Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator who cares about quality and continuous learning.
  • Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around them.
  • Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Has a strong attention to detail, is methodical and process-oriented.
