What You Do

  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable cross-channel plans, ensuring flawless execution across clients.
  • Lead tactical planning: build media plans and budget scenarios for your clients.
  • Orchestrate inputs from Practice Teams, managing timelines, deliverables and alignment.
  • Run internal stand‑ups and status meetings to keep teams on track.
  • Turn data and insights into cohesive, client‑ready narratives.
  • Identify and drive media opportunities and testing initiatives across channels.
  • Implement structured experimentation programmes, developing hypotheses for teams to test.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years experience delivering cross‑channel media plans for complex clients.
  • Strong understanding of how media planning translates into performance.
  • Confident in building detailed plans and working through budget scenarios.
  • Highly organised with strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Data‑driven thinker, able to turn analysis into clear actions and stories.
