You are pivotal to leading the client day to day. As Director, Client Planning you run the media approach, ensure brilliant delivery and performance, and bring the Brainlabs proposition to life for clients. You are the primary strategic adviser on your accounts — the conductor who keeps every moving part aligned and accountable.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure day-to-day client interactions with Brainlabs are excellent, and that practice interactions feel like a single, unified team.
  • Be the primary day-to-day strategic advisor to the client. Translate the Strategy Framework into media reality, partnering with Strategy and Data Directors.
  • Be responsible for both the floor (delivery standards) and the ceiling (innovation and intention), leveraging technology to deliver both at scale.
  • Manage scope delivery, ensure the team is neither over nor under servicing, and support pitching for new business.
  • Lead and co-ordinate the innovation and testing agenda for their clients.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has 8+ years' experience delivering full-service media solutions to clients within a vertical specialism.
  • Has proven client leadership skills - a trusted adviser to multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Has strong knowledge of how marketing and cross-media channels directly drive client KPIs.
  • Is a great storyteller and presenter with proven pitch experience.
  • Is a natural problem solver who translates client challenges into real media solutions.
  • Has an understanding of how end-to-end full-service media agencies deliver integrated solutions.
  • Is organised and proactive - adept at using tech and process to run your team effectively.

And this is what success looks like in the role:

  • You will live our culture code every day!
  • You’ll become an indispensable trusted, strategic adviser to your client stakeholders.
  • Award wins for your client solutions.
  • Minimum 7+ TRR scores or CSAT.
  • Internal profitability metric hit such as DLM, revenue targets.
  • A growing portfolio of revenue across your client or portfolio of clients.
  • Evidence of broad revenue sources for your client via multiple Brainlabs products.
  • Increasing profile in the media world in your sector/marketing prompting Brainlabs and your client success.
  • Be revenue hungry and pitch successfully.
  • Make your client stakeholders famous and successful!
