Location: York
Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost. The post holder will provide robust administration support to the Governance and Quality Assurance Team and have previous experience working within a similar busy environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Due to the nature of the role, the post holder will need to demonstrate sound system skills and IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking a variety of general administrative duties related to the work of the Governance and Quality Assurance Team.
- Producing information electronically, photocopying, collating and dispatching large mailings and/or meeting packs across the organisation.
- Preparing invoices for processing, booking meeting rooms, travel etc.
- Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming internal and external mail to the Team and processing outgoing mail.
- Administering centralised email accounts for the team and ensuring that all requests are responded to or forwarded to the relevant contact in a timely manner.
- Accurately inputting data into computerised departmental systems, databases and spreadsheets and processing, retrieving and cleansing data as necessary.
- Providing support for project work.
Ability to use own initiative and be adaptive and flexible.
A competitive rate of £24,982.65 per annum.
