Are you a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for neurorehabilitation, brain injury and complex neurological conditions? Perhaps you're a newly qualified Clinical Psychologist looking to specialise within Neuropsychology, or an experienced Band 7 / Band 8A Psychologist seeking the opportunity to develop into a senior leadership role within a highly regarded neurorehabilitation service.

As the UK's leading brain injury charity, Brainkind offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced Consultant Neuropsychologists and senior clinical leaders while developing specialist expertise in neurorehabilitation, service development, leadership and supervision. This role has been designed for someone with the ambition and potential to progress into a Principal Clinical Neuropsychologist position over time, supported by excellent supervision, mentorship and professional development opportunities.

You'll work with:

  • Consultant Neuropsychologists
  • Clinical Psychologists
  • Speech & Language Therapists
  • Rehabilitation Support Staff

Together, you'll deliver evidence-based, person-centred rehabilitation that genuinely changes lives. Contribute to service development, quality improvement and innovation projects. Receive specialist supervision and support from experienced neuropsychology professionals.

Requirements:

  • A newly qualified Clinical Psychologist with a strong interest in Neuropsychology.
  • A Band 7 Clinical Psychologist looking for progression into a more senior role.
  • A Band 8A Psychologist seeking greater exposure to leadership, service development and neurorehabilitation.
  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent qualification eligible for HCPC registration).
  • Experience producing high-quality clinical reports.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience working with neurological conditions, brain injury or complex rehabilitation.
