Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost. To take overall responsibility for the effective management of all aspects of the service, thereby ensuring the provision of the highest quality standards of specific care and treatment, driven by the needs of the individual.

  • To meet full compliance in line with the requirement of the regulatory body and relevant legislation. To obtain and successfully maintain registration as Registered Manager for the service with CQC.
  • Demonstrate professional leadership and provide ‘hands on’ management support and guidance, managing staff activities and influencing their practices and attitudes.
  • Assume line management responsibilities for the senior management team and lead clinicians where appropriate, to provide operational support and direction. Ensuring that performance standards are identified and met.
  • Take responsibility for setting and monitoring of budgets, capital, and revenue, within location. Ensuring agreed staffing levels are adhered to unless authorised in writing as exception.
  • To include the provision of Induction, training, and support as required in respect of the statutory responsibilities of the service and Brainkind, with particular emphasis on our aims, values, and high-performance standards. This includes the planning and management of annual leave of all staff designations to always ensure the safe running of the service.

In depth knowledge of statutory requirements such as Care Quality Commission regulations and outcomes.

A competitive Salary of Up to £40,170 per annum.
