About the role:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
- Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines.
- Carry out all clinical care in line with Brainkind policies and procedures.
- Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the inter-professional evidence-based care plan.
- Be responsible for the management of patient care during the shift where appropriate.

- A registered nurse with post-registration experience in the clinical field.
