Stagenhoe is Brainkind's specialist neurological care service in Hertfordshire, supporting adults aged 18+ with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries. Our experienced multidisciplinary team delivers high-quality rehabilitation, specialist nursing and person-centred care within a supportive, therapeutic environment focused on helping every individual achieve the greatest possible independence and quality of life.
The Opportunity
As Clinical Team Manager, you'll provide day-to-day leadership across the nursing workforce, ensuring the safe, effective and compassionate delivery of high-quality clinical care. Working closely with the Head of Care and wider multidisciplinary team, you'll lead Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants, oversee clinical governance, workforce planning, quality improvement and service delivery while maintaining exceptional standards of patient care. This is a highly visible leadership position requiring someone who is clinically credible, operationally organised and passionate about developing teams.
