Brainkind is seeking an IT Engineer to join the technology services team in a hybrid role based in Burgess Hill, UK.

You will monitor the ticketing system, resolve incidents with the outsourced service desk, and support on-site maintenance across the Brainkind estate.

You will work with colleagues to resolve incidents, communicate with customers, and follow change control processes.

DBS checks are required; the role reports to the Technology Services Manager.
