What you'll do * Support individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and rehabilitation goals. * Encourage independence and help service users achieve personal milestones. * Assist with social, leisure, educational, and community activities. * Work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality, person-centred support. * Help create a positive and engaging environment for service users.
