Salary: up to £14.25 per Hour
Hours: 28-35 hours per week
Here is your opportunity to start a career in rehabilitation support work. You do not need experience in care or support roles – we provide a full induction, specialist training, and coaching.
Working in brain injury rehabilitation is different from other kinds of support work. You’re there to encourage and guide individuals, helping them gain skills and confidence to live independently.
You will share the journey with these inspiring people as they overcome hurdles, achieve milestones, and reach their goals. Many of the people we support only stay for three months before they are ready to move on. You can make a significant difference in that time.
Brainkind is a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK. Our assessment centres, rehabilitation units, and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people in regaining lost skills. We treat individuals with a range of brain injuries caused by trauma, illness, substance abuse, and more, helping them recover and meet personal goals. Our employees are passionate about their work, fostering a strong team spirit and supportive colleagues.

You’ll find great job satisfaction in supporting individuals to do more for themselves and live the lives they want. If you\’re interested in building a career, we will support you throughout your journey.
