What You’ll Be Doing
- People management, recruitment, supervision and development
- Ensuring quality, safety, compliance and CQC standards
- Supporting multidisciplinary working and stakeholder engagement
- Managing resources, finances, and rota planning
- Promoting person‑centred care and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- QCF (NVQ) level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health (a commitment to work towards may be considered)
- Experience in social care, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills
- A compassionate, person centred approach
- Ability to work flexibly, including participation in an on‑call rota
- Commitment to safeguarding and professional development
