What You’ll Be Doing

  • People management, recruitment, supervision and development
  • Ensuring quality, safety, compliance and CQC standards
  • Supporting multidisciplinary working and stakeholder engagement
  • Managing resources, finances, and rota planning
  • Promoting person‑centred care and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • QCF (NVQ) level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health (a commitment to work towards may be considered)
  • Experience in social care, ideally with supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong leadership, communication and decision‑making skills
  • A compassionate, person centred approach
  • Ability to work flexibly, including participation in an on‑call rota
  • Commitment to safeguarding and professional development
