Pay rate: £13.21 per hour with £1 extra on bank holidays and weekends. 37.5 hours per week.

About the role
The role involves working with other team members to support cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and functional recovery. Responsibilities include:
- Working with other team members to ensure optimum recovery and implementing rehabilitation goals, strategies, and procedures.
- Carrying out personal care duties with close supervision and making judgments involving straightforward facts or situations.
- Monitoring the physical and emotional well‑being of clients and alerting senior colleagues as necessary. Assisting in maintaining client morale through communication.
- Ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
- Reviewing and suggesting enhancements to improve client experience, challenging practice where appropriate, and supporting junior staff.
- Promoting choice in care delivery, enabling concerns and complaints to be raised freely by the individual or representative.
- Supporting service users to have their views and experiences considered in how the service is provided.
- Having personal duty of care in relation to equipment and resources, including safeguarding, handling cash, and valuables.
- Facilitating safe and smooth running of the service, maintaining confidentiality, and taking on reasonable additional tasks.
- Proven experience of working within a team.
- Willingness to provide personal care.
- Numeracy and literacy skills.
- IT skills including using the internet, email, and Word.
