We are looking for flexible workers who can do a range of shifts including Days/Nights and weekends.

Brainkind is a charity that aims to improve the lives of people with brain injuries in the UK. Brainkind’s assessment centres, rehabilitation units and hospitals use expert neurorehabilitation to support people to regain the skills they have lost. • Boundaried, dignified and able to keep own counsel.
• Have genuine empathy for our residents, with the positivity, patience, and resilience to support them through the challenging times of their rehabilitation.
• Enjoy teamwork and take pride in getting a job done well alongside your colleagues.
• Have excellent face to face communication skills and a good standard of literacy.
• Have good time management skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload.
• Have experience in moving and handling including hoists.
• Enjoy providing people with good quality care.
• Understand the importance of person centred night checks, security and providing basic night care support such as repositioning.
