At Braincube, we work with complex industrial environments where insight, credibility, and judgment matter. This role is for someone who leads enterprise conversations, understands what drives operational performance, and values thoughtful execution.
What you'll do
- Drive enterprise new customer acquisition and strategic expansion across assigned EMEA manufacturing accounts
- Lead complex, multi-site enterprise sales engagements
- Build and execute strategic account plans to expand footprint across plants, regions, and business units
- Engage senior stakeholders including COOs, CFOs, VPs of Operations, Plant Managers, Engineering leaders, Quality, and executive sponsors
- Translate operational challenges into quantified business cases tied to ROI and core manufacturing KPIs
- Navigate enterprise procurement, budgeting, and approval processes across EMEA
- Lead discovery focused on yield improvement, throughput, quality, energy efficiency, downtime reduction, and cost optimization
- Position Braincube as a strategic partner in enterprise manufacturing transformation initiatives
- Clearly communicate measurable financial and operational impact
- Orchestrate internal resources including Customer Operations, Marketing, Product and Executive Leadership
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, and accurate forecasting
- Negotiate enterprise commercial structures, including multi-year agreements
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with significant experience selling into manufacturing or industrial customers
- Bachelor's degree required
- Fluent English
- Proven success closing large, complex enterprise deals with multiple decision-makers
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and OT/IT environments
- Consistent history of meeting or exceeding enterprise performance expectations
- Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred Experience
- Selling industrial software, AI-driven solutions, or operational technology platforms
- Experience with multi-site or global manufacturing organizations
- Industry exposure to Food & Beverage, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Chemicals, Pulp & Paper, Mining, Building Materials, Discrete Manufacturing
Compensation & On-Target Earnings (EMEA)
€135,000 (ie. approx. £120,000) base salary plus variable compensation
