As a Campaign Manager in our Influencer team, you will deliver best-in-class work for clients, applying your Influencer knowledge and experience to positively impact client deliverables and the wider team. You will help define the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and optimisation strategies, while generating and promoting innovative concepts through a test and learn approach.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver highly successful Influencer campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
  • Plan and manage larger-scale campaigns with support from Associate Directors and Directors.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of mid-sized client campaigns, managing internal workstreams and client communications for smooth delivery.
  • Lead campaign planning for mid-sized clients, advising on strategic recommendations and monitoring efficiency.
  • Provide strategic leadership on smaller scale client campaigns.
  • Lead influencer negotiations to secure optimal pricing while guiding Associates to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Empower the team to follow campaign processes, contributing ideas for process automation and improvement.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong Influencer delivery track record with 4+ years of experience.
  • Has proven experience managing direct reports, coaching and guiding them to succeed.
  • Demonstrates success in managing and optimising high performing influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Possesses a good understanding of how other channels work together.
  • Is a natural problem-solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients.
  • Is a confident, dynamic, engaging and authentic communicator.
  • Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
  • Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail, is methodical and process-oriented.
