Responsibilities
- Help shape and oversee delivery of work for clients, defining objectives and measuring success in line with SEO objectives and client-centric KPIs.
- Manage the workload of the delivery team to enable effective execution.
- Generate and promote innovative concepts to clients using a test and learn approach.
- Create and deliver successful SEO strategies prioritising high-value work based on data and client business goals.
- Develop and implement SEO guidelines and processes.
- Contribute to the SEO practice roadmap for continuous development.
- Lead larger accounts, building strong client relationships and acting as a point of escalation for client teams.
- Mentor others across the practice to grow capability and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong all-round SEO knowledge and 4+ years of experience.
- Demonstrable success in optimising SEO strategies through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
- Good understanding of how other channels work and optimise together.
- Confident, dynamic, and authentic communicator who values quality work and continuous learning.
- Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, methodical and process-oriented.
- High level of commercial awareness.
