Role Description
This is a part-time remote freelance role for an IT and cybersecurity Associate Trainer/Coach/Tutor. The role involves delivering virtual training sessions, coaching individuals on IT and cybersecurity concepts, and providing mentorship to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications/requirements
- Training, Coaching, and Tutoring skills/certifications
- Relevant certifications in IT or Cyber Security
- Bachelor\’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field – not essential but desirable
- Sound technical skills, with knowledge of Cyber Security concepts and coding, networks, operating systems etc
- Experience in developing training materials and curriculum
- Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles
- Experience in and operational knowledge of virtual training delivery platforms
- Experience of working in busy, corporate business environments – not essential but useful
- Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of or experience with apprenticeship programmes is preferred but unessential as training will be provided.
