Braesview Medical Group is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive, and forward-thinking team. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed GP looking to develop their career within a progressive practice, with a view to partnership for the right candidate. The post has arisen as a result of new national funding, allowing us to further strengthen and expand our clinical team.
This vacancy is for 6 sessions per week, including 2 sessions on a Friday, with the remaining sessions negotiable. We would also consider fewer sessions for the right candidate. We are a thriving, patient-centred practice based in Polmont, Scotland, serving approximately 10,000 patients. Following a recent retirement and the appointment of a new Practice Manager, this is an exciting time of development and opportunity for the practice.

You will be joining a collaborative and multidisciplinary team comprising:
- 5 GP Partners
- 3 Salaried GPs (including this post)
- 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
- 2 Practice Nurses
We are further supported by an excellent wider team including:
- Advanced Nurse Practitioners
- Mental Health Nurse
- Physiotherapy Practitioners
Polmont offers beautiful surrounding countryside with excellent transport links to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling.
Terms and Conditions:
- Salary: Β£12,126.41 per session
- Annual Leave: 28 days (pro-rata) + 10 public holidays (pro-rata)
To work in the United Kingdom, there is a legal requirement to demonstrate the appropriate right to work. This is granted by the UK Visas and Immigration Service. This post requires PVG Scheme membership via Disclosure Scotland. If you are not currently a member for the required regulatory group, a satisfactory application will be required prior to commencement.
