Salaried GP Opportunities β Luton & Surrounding Area π¨ We are currently working with a well-established GP Surgery in Luton that is looking to recruit Salaried GPs to join their growing team. Multiple positions are available, with flexibility around sessions. π Location: Luton & surrounding area π Sessions: Ideally 6β8 sessions (flexible options available) β±οΈ Session Length: 4 hours 10 minutes π» System: SystmOne π Start Date: ASAP (earlier availability preferred) π· Salary * Starting from Β£11,000 per session * Higher rates available for GPs with 5+ yearsβ experience * Annual pay progression in line with an established framework π©Ί The Role * Mix of acute, routine, and follow-up appointments * Standard 15-minute appointments * Home visits included within sessions where required * Participation in Duty Doctor rota, including: * Clinical triage * Clinical supervision * Supporting reception team * Managing urgent tasks and pathology π Admin & Workload * Admin time aligned with BMA standard contract * Duties include: * Documents & letters * Pathology results * Prescription requests * Med3 / sick notes β Requirements * Fully qualified GP with GMC registration & CCT * On the Performers List * Experience in primary care π© Interested?
