Salaried GP Opportunity – Somerset 🚨 We are recruiting Salaried & Employed GPs across Somerset – range of levels, offering competitive pay, clear job plans, and development opportunities. All roles follow BMA Salaried GP expectations (4hr 10min sessions). Remote options available for some roles. 🔹 Salaried GP – £10,000 per session | ~£80k p.a. * Mutually agreed job plan * Own clinical admin * Limited duty rota 🔹 GP – Point 1 – £11,500 per session | ~£82k p.a. * Ideal for newly qualified GPs * GP duty rota * Digital triage (training provided) * Clinical leadership support 🔹 GP – Point 2 – £12,500 per session | ~£100k p.a. * For GPs with enhanced skills (LARC, dermatology, minor surgery, vasectomy) * Skills utilised to generate practice income * Clinical leadership responsibilities 🔹 GP Consultant – £13,500 per session | ~£108k p.a. * 5+ years’ experience (or GP Partner equivalent) * MDT supervision & service improvement leadership * Enhanced skills utilised to grow services 📩 Interested?
