We are recruiting Salaried & Employed GPs across a range of levels, offering competitive pay, clear job plans, and development opportunities. All roles follow BMA Salaried GP expectations (4hr 10min sessions). Remote options available for some roles.
- Salaried GP – £10,000 per session | ~£80k p.a. • Mutually agreed job plan • Own clinical admin
- Limited duty rota GP – Point 1 – £11,500 per session | ~£82k p.a. • Ideal for newly qualified GPs • GP duty rota • Digital triage (training provided) • Clinical leadership support
- GP – Point 2 – £12,500 per session | ~£100k p.a. • For GPs with enhanced skills (LARC, dermatology, minor surgery, vasectomy) • Skills utilised to generate practice income • Clinical leadership responsibilities
- GP Consultant – £13,500 per session | ~£108k p.a. • 5+ years' experience (or GP Partner equivalent) • MDT supervision & service improvement leadership • Enhanced skills utilised to grow services
